Landis Farm Rabbitry was started in 2021 on our farm in Strasburg PA.  At that time, Madison was 12 years old.  She was passionate about all animals, bunnies included.  She came up with a plan and willingly worked hard to prepare a place for the bunnies.  She has worked tirelessly since then, putting in many, many hours feeding, watering, cleaning cages, trimming nails, grooming, taking pictures, advertising and keeping a detailed breeding schedule and just generally making sure everyone is loved and cared for!  The rest of us have the fun job of holding and loving on these sweet babies!

We hold and socialize our bunnies from birth.  It is important that they learn to trust people early on, so we make it a point to have positive interactions with them regularly.

Madison chose the lionhead, mini lop and french lop breeds because of their friendly, social personalities.  She wanted to raise bunnies that would adjust well into a family atmosphere.
